MSB Friends

Chocolate...a girls best friend! Who other than a best friend would you be willing to share some with? I had to get this little box made, so the picture could be taken before I ate all the filling for it! Who knew how many little pieces could fit this container. Luckily, there were enough left to pack it up! Modern Sugar Blvd will have some new images released on Sunday (9/20) including this new one, MSB Friends.

The sentiment reads, "Friends to the end" from Papertrey Ink. What a great way to send some encouragement or congratulations to your BFF!

MSB Saturday Challenge #12

A beautiful Saturday morning here in Indiana! Not too hot or humid. I might even pull some weeds in my flower area in a bit!

This gate opens to a garden full of relaxing flowers! Our challenge this week was to use 2 of the 3 items... flourishes, flowers and bling with any MSB image! I water colored the Welcome to my Garden from the Life's Simple Pleasures line. I then stamped a flourish image in the corners of my design paper. The winner has a choice of a free digital image, so be sure to play along!

Tomorrow I'll be checking out some real life beautiful gardens. My daughter and I are going on a tour of six gardens presented by Master Gardeners. I'll be taking my camera so I can remember ideas for my yard!

Happy crafting!

July 4th Blog Hop

Welcome!!! I'm so glad you stopped by today for the SNR Card Universe Blog Hop! If you came from http://craftycamille.blogspot.com you are on the right track! If you didn't you may want to hop to SNR Card Universe and start at the beginning. You don't want to miss any of the fabulous blogs on the hop!

My card uses the Doodler USA image from Modern Sugar Blvd and is colored with Copics. The sentiment that says, "Thank you!" is from Sweet n' Sassy. As the U.S. celebrates many freedoms today, I thought this would be a nice card to send to a service man or woman. I also used the sketch from this weeks Mojo Monday!

Here is a closer up view of the card. My background papers were made with digital papers from Gina K. I've been trying out some of these, and am learning a tad more on how to layer using an old version of Photoshop.

We are hoping to do some sparklers this evening, but there is a 90% chance of rain! As you're busy hopping all over today, you might want to come back later to visit this post: Mini Blog Candy. I'm offering a few goodies and explain how to win in that post.

Thank you for visiting today! Isn't so fun to see what everyone is creating with a red, white, and blue theme! Next on the hop is Jamie Pope . Be sure to stop by visit.

Happy crafting!
